Alternative Investment Opportunity
Empress Capital Australia and New Zealand Artificial Intelligence Fund will back early-stage Australian and New Zealand Artificial Intelligence Companies.
Their target is to return capital to investors within 5 years. Their strategy for this to happen is to invest in several later-stage companies (Series A+) which they believe are likely to have a liquidity event. The majority of the Fund will focus on early-stage companies in which they can use their unique value-add and know-how to grow over a 5 -10 year period. Empress capital team and network of investors will help the growing companies to succeed.
The fund is targeting a return of 39% IRR. Fund applications are expected to close in December of 2023.
Empress Capital charges a 2% management fee and a 20% p.a. performance fee.
